Mayor Announces New Effort to Reduce Carbon Emissions, and Promote Local & BIPOC Businesses
Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway will be joined by Fleet Superintendent Mahanth Joishy, Sustainability Coordinator Stacie Reece, Office of Business Resources Manager Saran Ouk, and Purchasing Director Mary Richards to announce an initiative to leverage the City’s purchasing power toward carbon emissions reduction, while increasing participation from local and BIPOC owned businesses.
