This program examined the impact of high-speed rail coming to Madison, the decision to site the Madison station by Monona Terrace, and the role the new Regional Transit Authority might play in all of this. Speakers were Crystal DuPont and Donna Brown from the Wisconsin Dept of Transportation, and Dick Wagner of the Regional Transit Authority.
