The 1st annual State of the Downtown event was held in the fall of 2010 and provided valuable dialogue and discussion on specific areas (i.e. employment, housing, tourism, arts & culture, etc.) to gather benchmarks and metrics to be tracked on an annual basis. The 2nd annual State of the Downtown event will include the presentation of the 2011 State of the Downtown metrics report.
